The library serves as a lifelong learning center by offering a full program of activities for people of all ages that supports reading and reading readiness, computer literacy, use of the library, formal education, and self-study. West Baton Rouge Parish Library continually reassesses the environment in which it operates and adapts its collection and services as the community changes.
